How to View/Change Printer Properties

You should always print a check at 100% size. Some printers may shrink a check to fit for paper size automatically. The bank scanner may not be able to read a check if it is resized.

#1: How to check printer properties when you print a check or form

When you print a check, you should see printer option screen pop up. You can click the PROPERTIES button to view printer set up.

- If your printer have auto resize or scale feature, please turn it off.

- If your printer support double sided printing, please turn it off.







#2: How to check printer default properties

- Open Control Panel
- Open Devices and Printers
- Select target printer from list, then right click the mouse button to view "Printing preferences".
