In keeping with software industry standards, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed whether you make a payment over the phone or you process the payment using the buy page using credit card, debit card, Google account , TrialPay account or Pay Pal account. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase.

Halfpricesoft.com is under no obligation to refund customers the price difference if an item goes on sale after a purchase.

There are evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. You are welcome to try our software to ensure that the software meets your needs before purchasing.

If you have not received or have lost your software license key, please check emails from services@halfpricseoft.com. All license key emails are sent from this email address. If you still can not find it, plese submit your support request.

Tax Form and Check Paper Return Policy

Tax forms and check paper that are incorrect, defective or printed incorrectly by us are returnable within 30 days, for exchange or refund. You can contact us at services@halfpricesoft.com or our support page.

If you placed the wrong order, order must be returned in their original condition; Blank check paper and forms must be returned with no markings or other damage. We will not refund shipping fee and handling cost for wrong order if is due to customer's error.

The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase will be refunded only if the return is due to our error.
