Paychecks changed for Oklahoma workers from Jan. 1, 2013
The withholding allowances for employee claims is $1,000 which is unchanged during year 2013. The The Oklahoma income tax rates range from 0.5% to 5.25% and are levied on Oklahoma residents’ income and non-residents’ income from Kansas sources.
