EzAccounting: How to add a deposit or partial payment to an invoice

ezAccounting software makes it easy to handle invoice. Here is the instruction if you need to add a deposit or partial payment to an invoice

- Start ezAccounting software and you will see control panel main screen.


- Click "Inv. Payments".


- Select customer from list

- choose the invoice you want to pay

- The AMOUNT field is default to the current balance. You can enter a different amount if you need to add deposit or partial payment.

- Click Save button
