Thank you for your interest in our software. ezAccounting will work for you for what you need. It is 149.00 for each calendar year (It is currently on sale for 2017, as we will be releasing the 2018 version soon). If you would like to test the 2017 for up to 30 days and then wait to purchase the 2018, you can set all of your data up and then simply purchase the 2018 when it's released and update to the new year. All of your 2017 data will be rolled forward. We will also be selling a bundle version for 2017-2018 years in November at a reduced cost.

ezAccounting handles payroll taxes, forms W2, W3 940 and 941 as well as all of your accounting needs. We have added the link below for you to test it. The only limitiation is TRIAL appears on checks and forms until the key is purchased and entered.

We are a small roofing LLC business just starting up and need software that will let us calculate payroll with federal and state taxes, basic accounting, and calculate our federal and state tax payments. At this time we do not need to print checks or have direct deposit. Will the EzAccounting software package for $149 per year do all of this for us?
