Please check your printer to make sure you are printing forms at the 100% size.

Some printers may shrink forms (or scale form, fit-to-paper, or add a border) automatically. If you print forms smaller, IRS may not be able to scan it. It is the most possible reason.

Good morning

I have received my 3rd letter from the IRS rejecting our 2018 Forms 1094 or
1095. I have re-submitted the paper files twice now and am unable to
determine what is wrong. Do you know of any problems with the software that
could be causing this? I am at a loss of what to do to make this right with
the IRS.
