- For union dues, you should put $770 as yearly limits. So you just withhold the union dues for the first $770 gross pay for this employee.

$770 * 2.5% = $19.25

Thanks,

The Union Dues are 2.5% of gross pay with a maximum amount of $19.25. I believe I entered those correctly. I put 2.5% with limit of $19.25 is that correct?
Yes, ezPaycheck payroll software is very flexible. You can add a customized deduction field to withhold this union fee from paychecks automatically.

This article should help.

How to add a new payroll deduction and withhold it from each paycheck automatically

You can name the new deduction as "Union Dues" or "Union Fee" or others.

There are about 100 union employees in my company. We need to withhold the union fee by percent from their gross pay. Can ezPaycheck payroll software support it?
