Currently using EZPaycheck 2017, trying to print a previous years W2's but it is asking for a database password. I never set up a password. Help!!

1. Did you open the database manually?
The database file of ezPaycheck payroll software is .mdb (Microsoft Accesss Database) file. This file is NOT designed to read manually. You need to read it with ezPaycheck payroll software.

2. The database structure for different software are different.

if you try to use ezPaycheck to open other application's file (ie: ezCheckPrinting, ezW2), you will such error also.
