I am trying to see how your ez W2 software for 2022 is.

I mainly just have two question:

1. How long does it take for us to purchase your license key? We bought your software last year and found out the license key takes 3 months to process for us to use your software to do eFiling.

2. Does your software do IRS TIN matching for each of our individual client?

Our system will send the license automatically after you place the order.

If you cannot receive the license message from inbox and junk folders in 10 minutes, please feel free to contact us to resend it manually.

2. TIN matching
Our software does not offer this feature. You may check IRS site for IRS matching program to validate TIN and name combinations.
