In ezpaycheck 2022 I have added an entry fir USE TIME in PTO for an employee. It failed to affect the accrual hours which stayed the same. Why is the program not working correctly?

1. Please view this guide and make sure you set up the PTO plan correctly.

2. Please also check the Maximum hours you entered for the PTO plan.
For example: If you entered 40 hours as the Maximum PTO time for this employee, the PTO time will stop to accrue after it reached 40 hours in 2022.
