do w2s have to be printed on special paper? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. It depends on which software you are using. If you are using ezW2, you can print W2 and W3 copy A and recipient copies on plain white copy paper!

If you are using ezPaycheck, you will need to print the Copy A forms on the preprinted red forms. We do sell those on our site. Recipient copies can be printed on plain white copy paper.
