I'm receiving an invalid key error when I downloaded this software to a new computer. My old one crashed. Please help!

1- Are you using MAC or Windows? The key is specific to the machine.

2- Can you tell us the version installed? Go to HELP- About in the top menu for this information.

3- Are you copy and pasting the key including the dashes?
