Repeated error messages

I have tried to install and uninstall and re-install but keep getting these error messages:

Could not find a part of the path 'E:\CompanyCheck.mdb'.
ezCheckPrinting::frmMain::CreateDefaultDatabase

Then, when I try to close the error message, a dozen more pop up. I do not use an "E" drive, so I have no clue why I can't get the install to take. Please help!
