EZ accounting:
I need to know if there is any way to do advance pay on the payrall??? Also, I possible will ned a second software...is it there any discount?

1) Yes, you can make advance pay with the payroll.

- if you just need to write a paycheck earlier, you can specify the pay from, pay end and pay date easily when you add a new check.

- If the employee gets some cash payment in advance, you add a customized deduction field to deduct this payment from regular paycheck easily.

2) You can upgrade ezAccounting from single user version to 2-user version by paying the price difference plus $5 to cover the extra transaction cost.

ezAccounting single user - $149, 2-user $209
