It looks as though your payroll software does not contain or operate on a check register, or contain any check reconciliation tools ??

ezPaycheck does not support this feature. If you need more feature, you can also try ezAccounting software ($149), which includes both bookkeeping and payroll features. You can print receipt, invoice, checks, paycheck, tracking income and expense and more.
