I need someone to call me and help me set up my printer to print my checks. ASAP Thanks

We are glad to assist you with software issue. Please try this solution:

1. turn off both computer and printer.

2. Unplug both computer and printer.

3. wait for 60 seconds

4. Turn on printer.

5. Turn on computer

6. Print a words document to test the connection.

7. Print your checks.

If you cannot print a document in step 6, please contact your printer vendor. They can give you better support.
