I am using a demo for EZPaycheck v3.9.11. How do I generate a report that will give me the details (Wages, Exempt Wages, Taxable Wages, Tax) so that I can file NY State Unemployment form NYS-45. Can I create a custom report to suite my own needs. Or is there an optional module so that I can print the actual form. Thank you kindly.

1. You can view the SUTA from report part:

- Employer Customized Report: company level summary data
- Employee Summary List: Summary data grouped by employee

2. If you like to generate your own report, please export the data.
