I need to prepare a 1099 MISC for gross payments to an Attorney, but the system only shows 1099 NEC, how is it done.

Dear valued customer,

Beginning with tax year 2020, employers need to file the new Form 1099-NEC to report the nonemployee compensation. ezW2 2020 and later supports form W2 and 1099-nec. ezW2 no longer supports form 1099-MISC.

If you need to print 1099 form for contractors, ezW2 is the right solution for you.
