I am trying to find out if the federal tax was lowered. My client said a few
of his employees had lower amounts taken out. Hard to believe the IRS would
want less money, I did not change the withholding can you check or send me
to a place, The IRS site is not always accurate. Thanks

Yes, many employees will see the lower federal tax in 2023. Because of the inflation, IRS changes the tax rate for year 2023.
