TO whom it may concern



My problem is the payroll on of my employee had a address of Florida , and we need to fix his address entire from January till today day and his taxes, how can I do that?

We are glad to assist you. Please follow the steps below:

1. As a precaution, back up data

2. Re-printed the paychecks on paper.

3. Delete the wrong checks for 2023.

4. Edit this employee and change the state tax option to FL.

5. Add the paychecks. (Note: There is not state tax for FL)
