We are a small bookkeeping service with about 30 payroll clients. We offer after-the-fact payroll service to most our clients entered on a quarterly basis. I would like to purchase your software but it does not appear practical to enter each individual check for the quarter. is there a way to enter employee earnings in a quarterly lumpsum?

Thank you for contacting us. ezPaycheck supports after the fact payroll feature. Below is our suggestion:

1. Add a new paycheck type as "Quarter Pay" by following this sample

2. Add after the fact paycheck - you can enter the payment and taxes manually.
