  4. How do I go about efiling 940 and 941 forms with ezAccounting?

Hi,

I need to know the details for the e941 for ezAccounting? I see the information but need further clarification from you. Do I need the software and the efile?

Please advise.

1. Please make sure you are using the latest version of ezAccounting 2025 software, which support the new in-app e94X feature.

2. Please make sure you have created a client account to upload data and monitor submission status.

3. Start ezAccounting 2025, you will see the e-File button on 940/941 form. (see the attached image)

4. You can click "e-File" button on Form 941/940, fill in tax filer information and upload form to us.

5. We will submit your forms to IRS. You can monitor the status from your account.
