I am unable to upload the signature image in my Imac OS X version 10.9.2

Somehow its not reading the signature image saved in check setup .

Dear customer,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please use .jpg and .gif file. as the Mac machine does not support .png and some image formats.

You can check this article to create a new image file. We suggest to save image as .jpg file. MAC machine will not support .png image.
