I have been using EZ paycheck for one year and now we now need to issue paychecks for employees in a different state. The FUTA rates for the employer portion will be different for each state, but the company is the same. I have one company set up. Will this work with your software? Please explain how to do this.

Dear Gina,

Thank you for your question. When setting up employees, the software will require their home address. The taxes will be calculated on the home address of the employee automatically.
