hello,
I have been using your software for several years. For the first time, a part-time employee has put “exempt” in line 7 of the W-4. I do not see any way of putting this into the program. Please advise how I do not charge federal withholding.

Dear customer,

You can set up the tax option easily from employee profile screen.

You can uncheck "Federal Income tax" option. If you are not sure about Federal Unemployment tax or others taxes, your local IRS office is the best place to contact to confirm it.
