W2 1099 Software - I need the 1099-Misc to print the same payor information as shown on the 1096. I set up one payor to print the W-2's and W-3 but a different payor for the 1099 and 1096 however, the 1099 is using the W-2 payor while the 1096 is using the correct payor. How do I change this?

You can access this screen by clicking the top menu "Current Company->1096 information". These information will be displayed on both forms 1099-misc and 1096
