As of
January 1st 2019, Washington State is requiring employers withhold 4% of
gross earnings for Family Medical Leave.

After paying for and downloading the updated software, I saw no changes,
and there is still no way to input for FML. I have now contacted my bank
and canceled the $99 payment as I cannot justify paying for something that
no changes have been made.

If there is a version of your software that has the FML information to
input, I would gladly update to that.
