Halfpricesoft is a fintech company primarily specializing in software for payroll, tax compliance, and check printing. This includes e-file transmission services for various IRS filings and online direct deposit software.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use or access the Services or share information with Halfpricesoft. By accessing or using the Services you consent to this Privacy Policy. Halfpricesoft may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If you do not consent to this Privacy Policy for any reason, please do not access or use the Services or share your information with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments & Fraud Prevention. We currently use PayPal and Authorize.net for payment, analytics, and other business services. Data Retention
