Thank you for your interest in our software!

1. After the fact check
If you calculate the paychecks manually, you can use the after the fact check feature to enter your previous paychecks
http://www.halfpricesoft...-fact-payroll-checks.asp

2. Salary rate change

You can enter the salary rate for that employee and change the salary rate when needed. You can multiple the current weekly rate by 52 to get the salary rate.

For example: for $455 a week, the salary is $455 * 52 weeks = $23660

The new salary rate will apply to the future checks only, and this change will not affect the existing checks.

Please feel free to contact us if you still have any questions.

Thank you.

We are in the 30 day trial and setting up the software and hope to initiate it with the July 2, 2018 payday. I am adding employees and will be inputting information from the first six months (1/1/2018-6/30/2018). We pay on a weekly bssis. I have one employee who is salaried at $455 a week for the first 6 months and earned $11830.00 Starting July 2 they will go to $400 a week. What do I input for their salary on the add employee screen? What do I need to change for this employee when they go to the new weekly rate? Thanks
