I’m representing an insurance company interested in using your EZ1095 software to submit 1094/1095Bs to the IRS. The 1095B part 2 information would be for many different employers. Part 3 would all be the same for all forms. Will your EZ1095 software work for this? Can all of the different employers be included in a single file set submission provided the amount of data is not to large? Or will a separate set of files need to be created and submitted for each employer?

ez1095 will work for you. I am not sure how many forms you need to print. I know some client imported over 40,000 form from the same file with no problem. However, it may take longer time. (If your machine is slow, you can divide the big file into several smaller files. )

Here is my suggestion.

1. Download ez1095 software trial version for free with no obligation

2. Import data with our sample data file first

3. Add a few lines of your data to the sample file and import data. If it works, add more data.

4. The trial version will print TRIAL images on forms. If you like ez1095, you can purchase the key code to remove it. All your data will remain.
