Good morning.
I have been an exPayCheck customer for several years and I used to be able to view a list of employees that included both active and inactive employees however, in the latest version for 2023 when I view employees it only shows active.
How can I view a historical list of inactive employees?
Also if I needed payroll data for a past year like 2016 or 2017 for an inactive employee how would I be able to view that?
1. If you did not pay this employee in Year 2022, you will see this employee from 2022 report. But if you paid this employee in 2020, you can see this employee data when you run 2020 report.

- You can click ezPaycheck left menu "Forms and Reports", then the sub menu "Reports" to view the report options
- Then run "Employee Payroll Detail Report".
- Please select the correct date range to view the paycheck list.

2. You can change the employee status easily.
