In your video tutorial you recommend that we apply for a TCC as a transmitter. We have already applied as an Issuer.

If you just need to file the ACA forms for your own company, you can apply the TCC role as an issuer with no problem. (Note: both issuer and transmitter work for you.)

The benefit of a transmitter role is you can file for both your own company and other companies. Many of our ez1095 clients are CPAs and big employers with multiple companies with different EINs. They must apply as a transmitter.
