The software is connecting to quickbooks but i'm wondering if i can email the checks directly from the software.

ezCheckPrinting does not support the email feature. You can follow guides below to print check(s) into PDF format file and send it from your email account.

1) Print PDF check from ezCheckPrinting

2) For QB check, you can select the PDF driver in step 3.3
