Help!

When I print using the virtual printer for QuickBooks, it does not give me the printer properties option to select a different tray.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please review these two solutions:

Solution 1: Modify your printer settings and make the check paper tray as the default one.

Follow option 2: Edit the printer default settings

Solution 2: Otherwise follow steps below.

Step 1: Print preview QB checks with virtual printer

Follow step 3 in this guide, but do not click the printer icon in step 3.4 to print checks on paper.

Step 2: Close the preview screen. Select the checks from ezCheckPrinting check list and print them with a real printer. You can switch the paper tray by following option 1:
