Hi Help Desk,

I have just purchased and downloaded the Ez check program and when I go to
print the report an error 30 code comes up. I havent found where I can add
a printer so I can add the device. Please help, I have a client needing my
work done asap.

Hi Amber,

Thank you for contacting us. Are you using ezCheckPrinting, the business version now?

1. Please make sure you have a printer connected with your machine. And you can print a document from MS WORDS or notepad or other application with no problem.

2. Start ezCheckPrinting, add and print a check by following the step 4 in this article
