I just recently started using the program and I cannot figure out how to retain the information of the people I am writing checks to. When I use the drop down menu to select the person that I have previously written checks to all that comes up is the name, the rest of the information does not fill in the blanks and I have to keep typing in the addresses and other information over and over. Please tell me how to fix this. THX Debra
