I would like to print W-2's on plain paper, but have two on each page. Right now they are printing one each on half a page and wasting the other half of the paper.

Description:
Are you using ezW2 2017 software now?

- For employee copy, you can print 4-up format. (With 4 forms on the same sheet to save paper)

- The you need to print W2 Copy A on white paper, the format is one form per sheet. This is the format approved by SSA.

- If you will print W2 on pre-printed form (ie: red form copy A), you can print with 2-form-per-sheet format.
