How can I migrate my ezCheckprinting personal accounts from a Windows machine to an iMac?

The database structures are different for Windows and MAC version. You cannot transfer database file directly.

You need to set up the account information manually. You can transfer the check data by using .csv file with ezCheckPrinting data import/export features.
