We recently got a new computer and download our ezpayroll to the new
desktop and when I tried to download it would not accept our license
number. Could you tell me what I
need to do.

Dear valued customer,

If you purchased a single user installation, you can move the product to one other computer by unregistering the key on the first computer and adding to a second. If you have two computers, you can purchase a second key at a discounted cost.

ezPaycheck: How to Transfer the License to a New Computer
1. Move ezPaycheck 2021 from an old computer to a new computer
1.1: Unregister ezPaycheck 2021 license from the old computer

Start ezPaycheck 2021 on the old computer, click the top menu "Help" then click the sub menu "register/unregister license key".
Unregister the license key.

1.2: Register ezPaycheck 2021 license on the new computer
