I have downloaded the free version tested it out and then paid the ezCheckPersonal annual fee but when I did that, the program no longer loads. It shows up in the Dock but can't be found on any of the windows. I am using an iMac 2021M1 Chip, 16gb with BigSur OS. I've tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it by downloading it from the App Store. I have tried all day to get it to run, but to no avail. HELP!

1. Please make sure your license does not expire in your Apple Store.

2. Please make sure you installed ezCheckPersonal on a new Mac with the same Apple ID.
