I need to know how to send the 1094 forms to a client in PDF so they can print them without having to do them one at a time.

1. Do you have other PDF printer installed in your computer?
If not, you can search online. I think there are some available from download.com.

Option 2. Or your client can select all files from the file folder, right click the mouse button and select "PRINT" from the pop up menu to print all forms.

You can test it on your computer and then send the instructions to your clients.
