Good Morning,
I had purchased this app license back in April. Since the last few days I haven't been able to access the app. It shows an error message and only says to "Report Error" but there is no button to report to. This is urgent matter for my business. Please help me as soon as you can.

It looks like your computer permissions or setting issue. Windows automatically updates might mess up your system settings.

Please follow this guide #3, #5 and then #4

#3 or #5 may be the possible reason.
