I am using Quickbooks online with your ezcheckprinting software. However, when I try to print a check, I get the following error: "No name line is found error" Could you please help me? Thank you!

Thank you for using ezCheckPrinting software. The most common issue
or online version is PDF driver. ezCheckPrinting required ADOBE or
compatible PDF driver. Please check this article

Please you already have ADOBE pdf reader as the default PDF reader, > would you please give us more information to check this error?
- Print a check from QB to duplicate this error first.
- Then email us this file to [email protected]
