2.2. Save the installation package (.msi file) to a flash disk
2.3. Backup ezPaycheck data first and then close ezPaycheck. (optional)
If you are not a new customer, as a precaution, we would like to suggest you backup ezPaycheck data before updating ezPaycheck.
How to backup database
2.4. Connect flash disk to your payroll machine and double click the .msi file to run it.
- Please make sure you log in payroll machine as administrator or a user that have enough permissions to install new software.
- If your payroll machine has higher security, you may need to copy the .msi file to the payroll machine local folder then run it.
