    Note: If you do not have Winzip on your machine, please click this link to update your tax tables through uninstallation/re-installation process.

    This update package is for current user. It will update
  • Forms W-2 and W-3 to Year 2009.

    This version is for users who still not use ezPaycheck in year 2010. If you will continue to use ezPaycheck in year 2010, you can ignore this update. The new ezPaycheck 2010 update package already includes Year 2009 forms w-2 and w-3.

    • Instructions

    1. You need to login as administrator of local machine.
    2. Click Download button above to download the installation package.

    We suggest user restart computer after installation. Otherwise, the font on your check may not display correctly.

    Steps

    Followings are the steps to update ezPaycheck. Your data should be safe during this process. However, we would like to suggest you backup your company data first!!!

    Step 1. Backup you data
    You can do it by clicking top menu "Company->backup current company". You can change the location to usb disk or other path, and rename the file as you like.

    If you have more than one companies, please back up all of them.

    Step 2: Click download link and save the Zip file to your local machine.




    Step 3: After download completes, click Open button to unzip installation package.


    step 4: Double click ezPaycheckUpdate.exe to start installation process.


    step 5: If this warning message displays, click Run to continue.


    step 6: Following the instructions on screen to continue installation.



    Step 7: Restart your machine to finish the installation.

    We suggest user restart computer after installation. Otherwise, the font on your check may not display correctly.
