Solution: You can click the icon on bottom status bar to view it.
If you cannot see the pop up screen in step 3.2 or 3.3, you can check your status bar. Usually you can click the ezCheckPrinting virtual printer icon on status bar to make it visible.
2. You are using an old version of ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer **
If you installed ezCheckPrinting before 2015, you may using an old version of ezCheckPrinting virtual printer, which does not support the feature to select account and printer.
3. If you installed ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer on server, some server settings may cause this issue
