County income tax rates, including Lake County's status as the only Indiana county without an income tax, appear likely to remain unchanged from 2010 rates.
None of the 91 counties with an income tax has either increased or decreased its rate this year, according to the Indiana Department of Revenue. Oct. 31 is the final day to change rates for the 2011 tax year.
