Paychecks changed for North Dakota workers from Jan. 1, 2012
The withholding allowances for employee claims is $3,800 in year 2012 which is increased from $3,750 in year 2011. The The North Dakota income tax rates range from 1.7% to 4.9% and are levied on North Dakota residents’ income and non-residents’ income from North Dakota sources.
