Paychecks changed for Illinois workers from Jan. 1, 2013
The withholding allowances for employee claims is $2,050 which is changed from $2,000 in year 2012. The The Illinois income tax rates is 5% flat rate.
EzPayCheck payroll software includes this changes in its 2013 version.
