Paychecks changed for North Dakota workers from Jan. 1, 2013
The withholding allowances for employee claims is $3,900 which is changed from $3,800 in year 2012. The The North Dakota income tax rates range from 1.51% to 3.99% and are levied on North Dakota residents’ income and non-residents’ income from North Dakota sources.
